Who is Nicolette Richer?
Nicolette Richer helps people prevent and beat disease through plant-based diet. She delivers value in a range of formats, from restaurants to books, to workshops and retreats.
She is an Orthomolecular Health Educator, Psych-Kinaesthetic Facilitator, former Gerson Therapy® Home Set Up Trainer, certified Max Gerson Health Trainer, and Founder of The Green Moustache —an organic café and juice bar with eight locations in British Columbia—as well as the CEO/Owner of the Richer Health Retreat Centre.
With the recent epidemic of 1 in 2 people now being diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, Nicolette decided to launch Sea to Sky Thrivers Society to build a team of educators who can teach others about the power of the human body to heal itself when given the right conditions; the #1 health promoter being a nutrient-rich, clean, healthy diet.
In addition to running multiple businesses—while simultaneously finishing her Doctorate in Social Sciences—she’s also the mother of 3 beautiful girls.
Nicolette knows—on a personal level—that when life is full and busy, it’s not always easy to make your health a top priority. But taking care of your body is not “optional”—it’s mandatory. As Jim Rohn points out, “It’s the only place you have to live.”
Nicolette is intensely passionate about helping people. When not teaching, speaking to captivated audiences, or working privately with clients, you can find Nicolette hiking in Whistler, testing out a new recipe for her restaurant, or relaxing with a superfood hot chocolate under a cozy, warm blanket.
Richer Health provides health and wellness workshops, nutritional courses, and online programs that help you, and your loved ones, heal disease using food as medicine. Our programs are based on the Gerson Therapy.
A sanctuary for people of all ages to rest, revive, and reactivate their body’s natural ability to heal and combat disease. Experience alternative, non-toxic treatments for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, skin conditions, and many other chronic illnesses.
In our cafés we serve organic, nutritious and delicious whole, plant-based food, and we always make sure it’s made with laughter and love. We want health to be creative, fun, simple, clean and organic, and easily attainable by everyone.
